Job Description:

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the speed, reliability, and scalability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the performance of our systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency.

  • Evaluate the speed, reliability, and scalability of our products.
  • Analyze test results and create detailed reports on system performance.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software developers and architects to optimize system performance.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Develop strategies and plans to improve system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years overall IT experience. Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies i.e. Jmeter, jprofiler, gatling, stress/endurance/chaos testing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
