Strategic Infrastructure Capacity Planner

As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will drive strategic programs to create and manage capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver programs effectively to improve infrastructure utilization and availability through extensive partnership with key stakeholders across Technical Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify, execute, and manage capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with multiple AWS internal partners, including Build TIPMs, Engineering teams, Supply Chain teams, and Business Development Managers, to co-deliver planning programs.
- Drive optimal outcomes that balance customer requirements with site risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of Program Management experience, with experience in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, or other programming languages.
