Technical Product Owner - Assistant Vice President

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to facilitate product vision into reality by liaising between our engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business product managers.

- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, breaking down complex features into user stories and tasks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather and document detailed product requirements and use cases.

- Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team understands the goals and priorities.

- Monitor progress, manage scope, and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Requirements

- 12+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile product management, technical project management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical design.

- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).

- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions and measure success.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, etc.

- Experience in working on DLT products like tokenization/crypto custody.

- Exposure to managing cloud-based applications/solutions.
