Job Description:

Customer Services department aims to continuously improve customer experience by driving changes through automation, processes, and quality improvements. We seek an experienced Data Analyst to enable data insights for key stakeholders, supporting this mission.

You will leverage your expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Data Studio, Power BI) and SQL skills to work with complex data sets. The role will be based in Mumbai, with global stakeholders across the Customer Services organization.

In this position, you will report to the CS Reporting Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports on customer services performance and KPIs
  • Design and maintain dashboards for multiple departments to track performances
  • Create visualizations of key areas related to customer services
  • Enable data access for various departments using SQL

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, agile, and able to communicate effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet/Data Studio using databases
  • Familiarity with SQL and database development
  • Able to handle large datasets
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in reporting, preferably with SQL

Salary: ₹1,200,000 per annum
