Job Opportunity: Integration Developer

7+ Years (4+ in GW Policy Center integration)- Offshore

About The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and maintenance of integrations with Guidewire PolicyCenter.

  • Develop and maintain integrations using Batch, MQ, Event Messaging, and REST APIs.
  • Ensure high-quality, tested, reusable, standards-based code is produced.
  • Support the entire software development lifecycle, including production support and maintenance.
Required Skills And Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Guidewire Edge APIs and PolicyCenter integration expertise.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE or .NET, XML, JSON, SQL programming languages.
  • REST/Web Services, GIT/TFS, Agile tools (JIRA/Rally) experience.
  • Commercial P&C insurance knowledge is a plus.
  • Leadership experience with offshore teams is advantageous.
General Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, communication, time-management skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to change, and deliver under deadlines.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field is required. A Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration certification is preferred.
