Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the orientation process for new associates, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Oversee completion of mandatory online modules for all staff members.
  • Promote skill certification for front-line associates, enhancing their capabilities.
  • Identify training needs through various channels, informing development strategies.
  • Create a comprehensive training calendar, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the L&D Hub Head to achieve shared goals.
People Focus:
  • Liaise with the HR team to design and execute engaging employee activities.
  • Support HR in driving reward and recognition programs, fostering a positive work environment.
Functional Competencies:
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR and Corporate Sustainability.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Maintain proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with computer skills and safety practices.
