Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our social media strategy and content creation efforts.

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and annual content calendar to drive our digital presence across multiple platforms.
  • Brainstorm and create engaging content; experiment with new formats and trending topics to drive social media performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to uncover new content ideas and co-create successful social campaigns.
  • Guide external creative agencies in developing innovative, clutter-breaking content that aligns with our brand goals.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, managing business profiles with at least 100k followers or equivalent marketing experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns, content creation, and working with external creative agencies.
  • Expertise in social media tools, content management, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
