Job Description

As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned expert with a proven track record of success in performance marketing.

The role requires strong analytical and data interpretation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across international markets.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • A strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
