About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Architect to join our team at Kshema. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative cloud-based solutions using Java, Java-related technologies, and ReactJS.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and secure cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
  • Design and implement robust, high-performing, and maintainable software architecture solutions for web applications.
  • Develop backend services using Java with Spring Framework or similar frameworks.
  • Develop user interfaces using ReactJS and other modern front-end technologies.
  • Implement best practices for cloud deployment and containerization.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud, Java, and React technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
  • Proven experience in designing and building cloud-based applications.
  • Expertise in Java development with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks.
  • Expertise in Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and Cloud Integration patterns.
  • Experience in dealing with large-scale and high throughput systems.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and other front-end technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with new technologies.
