About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Full-Stack Architect to join our growing team at Kshema. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative cloud-based solutions using Java, Java-related technologies, and ReactJS. As a fast-paced and learning-oriented environment, we value individuals who are eager to stay ahead of the curve and embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and secure cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, product) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
  • Design and implement robust, high-performing, and maintainable software architecture solutions for web applications.
  • Develop backend services using Java with Spring Framework or similar frameworks.
  • Develop user interfaces using ReactJS and other modern front-end technologies.
  • Implement best practices for cloud deployment and containerization (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience is setting up Istio/Hashi Corp consul.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud, Java, Java-related technologies, and ReactJS technologies.
  • Cross-team collaboration.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
  • Proven experience in designing and building cloud-based applications.
  • Expertise in Java development with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks.
  • Expertise in Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and Cloud Integration patterns.
  • Experience in dealing with large-scale and high throughput systems.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS (React Native, NextJS, Shared Component Libraries) and other front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Typescript).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with new technologies.

  • Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
