Creative Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for our social media platforms.
- Create daily social content, including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
- Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
- Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.
- Create motion graphics and edit simple reels as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on results with rapid A/B tests.
- You have 2-5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media.
- You have a strong portfolio of Instagram-first work, including carousels, thumbnails, and short-form graphics.
- You are proficient in Figma and Adobe CC, with basic After Effects/Premiere skills for motion.
- You have experience with data visualization and solid typography & layout fundamentals.
- Creative freedom with a data-driven team that loves to experiment.
- Learning budget, modern tools, and a collaborative culture.
- Growth in shares, saves, and completion rate on carousels/reels.
- CTR uplift on thumbnails and ad creatives.
- Production velocity: quality output per week without rework.
