About this Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination and operation of projects related to email marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all project components are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • Oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure email content renders well across various devices and meets client expectations
  • Coordinate with clients to secure approval of emails and address any edits required
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and track key metrics
  • Guide clients on account protocols and provide clear guidance on best practices
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share with clients
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not essential)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team environment
  • Advanced English language proficiency
