Workday Data Conversion Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Conversion Specialist to join our organization. This role requires expertise in data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data conversion, migration, and cleaning from various source systems.
  • Develop and implement efficient EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors effectively.
  • Create and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a Data Conversion Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
