Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering complex Workday solutions to clients.

  • Develop and implement Workday configurations for clients, including absence tracking, benefits administration, compensation management, human capital management, recruitment, performance management, and payroll modules.
  • Lead small implementation projects and manage workload to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define business requirements for clients' absence or time tracking needs.
  • Design Workday solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Verify required aspects of concerned modules with client personnel.
  • Configure Workday based on client inputs.
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work and review peer's work.
  • Assist clients with application testing of functional modules.
  • Provide production support, including best practices and disciplines of supporting Workday solutions post deployment.
  • Assist with migration activities and production rollout of Workday solutions into the production environment.
