Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role where you will oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance activities in a plant setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing maintenance procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.

  • Directs and coordinates all electrical maintenance activities ensuring compliance with IMS standards.
  • Monitors equipment performance, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends cost-saving measures.
  • Liaises with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Manages stores consumables and ensures timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensures a safe working environment by implementing 5S practices, enforcing PPE use, and conducting regular safety talks.
  • Drives continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Instrumentation
  2. 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department
