**Unified Voice and Firewall Engineer Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Unified Voice and Firewall Engineer to bridge the gap between enterprise voice collaboration systems and network firewall security.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful engineer who thrives in cross-functional environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing communications.

The successful candidate will administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center, as well as manage voice recording platforms and oversee certificate lifecycle management.

They will also configure and administer firewalls, implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs to secure enterprise networks, and troubleshoot issues across both voice and security domains to maintain uptime and compliance.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Voice/UC engineering and Firewall administration
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CUCM, Webex, SIP trunks, and voice integration
  • Expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD and Fortinet FortiGate
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE
