As a Senior Engineering professional, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and management of Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Coordination: You will coordinate with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project targets.
  • MEP Works Execution: You will manage the execution of MEP works related to HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and IBMS integration.
  • Central Chiller Plants Installation: You will oversee the installation, testing & commissioning of central chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and controls.
  • IBMS Integration: You will integrate IBMS platforms with chillers, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and safety systems.
  • Project Milestone Achievement: You will ensure project milestones are met as per schedule and budget.
Technical Review & Compliance
  • Design Drawing Review: You will review MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQ, equipment specifications, and shop drawings.
  • System Architecture Validation: You will validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.
  • Standards Adherence: You will ensure adherence to ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IS codes, NBC, and international standards.
Quality Assurance & Safety Management
  • QA/QC Checks: You will implement QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • HSE Practices: You will enforce HSE practices during site execution in compliance with safety standards.
  • Factory Acceptance Tests: You will conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for critical systems.
Operations Optimization & Handover
  • Performance Testing: You will conduct performance testing of chiller plants (COP, kW/TR, load tests) and IBMS dashboards.
  • Plant Optimization: You will optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.
  • O&M Manual Preparation: You will prepare O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.
  • Project Handover: You will support project handover to facility management teams with complete documentation.
