As a key member of our organization, the Communications Manager plays a vital role in shaping our internal and external communication strategies.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective corporate and external communication plans that incorporate internal & external communications on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage internal communications, including emails, presentations, newsletters, etc.
  • Develop and review content for various channels, such as emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc., to ensure exceptional quality and meet deadlines.
  • Design and initiate communication initiatives for organizational events.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry developments to provide informed guidance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in communicating leadership messages.
  • Serve as a facilitator and mediator to resolve conflicts peacefully.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ or 8+ years of experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations. They should have expertise in copywriting and editing for multiple platforms, a solid understanding of project management principles, meticulous attention to detail, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

A typical day in this role involves working on email campaigns, presentations, website content, social media, newsletters, and leadership communications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization and the communications team to achieve deadlines, build a strong brand, and deliver high-quality results.
