As a key player in our fashion operations, we are seeking an accomplished Fashion Merchandiser to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, as well as contributing to the expansion of our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements to maximize sales opportunities.
  • E nsure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by creating strategic merchandising plans.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition.
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our brand vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • A strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, particularly with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and strong analytical abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
