Network Security Engineer Role

This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of network solutions that meet the organization's needs and future growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of networking technologies including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing network designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, and validating design solutions to ensure they meet customer needs.

  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network designs that meet the organization's needs and future growth, including designing and configuring SDWAN, MPLS, QoS, BGP, OSPF, and switching technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address customer requirements, and validate design solutions to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Network Support: Provide engineering support for the network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
  • Project Management: Lead network-related projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking technologies including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience in Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, backup, network, security) and application architecture and deployment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers.
