AI/ML Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML engineer to lead our data science team and drive business value through innovative machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, as well as experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of advanced algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Overseeing the implementation of data analytics infrastructure and ensuring high-quality data analysis and predictive modeling
  • Developing and implementing advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with a solid quantitative background
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in mentoring and grooming small teams of Data Scientists/ML Engineers
  • Hands-on experience in using algorithm libraries/frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and H2O
  • Hands-on experience in working with Big Data technologies such as Spark
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML services
  • Strong knowledge of econometric/statistical methods and machine learning techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree
  • Experience in ML R&D with demonstrable impact
  • Exposure to U.S. Healthcare
  • Knowledge of Java and/or R
  • Knowledge of Azure
