Marketing Account Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Account Manager to contribute to our mission of excellence in influencer marketing. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing to execution and reporting.

This Marketing Account Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely completion, maintaining all trackers for complete transparency, reporting and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance to meet their objectives.
  • Strategic Proposal Development: Create data-driven proposals that align with client objectives and comply with internal approval processes.
  • Influencer Selection & Management: Identify and ensure quality checks of influencer lists that align with client brief requirements.
  • Solution Oriented: Proactively address and resolve client and campaign-related challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in account management within the digital marketing or influencer marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding client KPIs, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high client retention rates.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop data-driven proposals and provide strategic guidance to clients.
