National Motor Underwriting Strategist

- Oversee the overall performance and portfolio management for Prime Brokers Channel (large aggregators and digital channels) across Pan India.
- Contribute to achieving top-line and loss ratio targets through regular stakeholder reviews and collaboration with sales, IT, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
- Support price review process at regular intervals through market benchmarking and identifying areas for correction.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with various stakeholders for all role-related matters.
- Maintain 100% compliance with underwriting approvals and guidelines.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are met and customers receive high-quality service.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on product underwriting processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Qualification Required
For this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should be able to demonstrate your expertise in motor underwriting and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
