We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and video meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular communication and video meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, social, content, design, etc.) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies and oversee execution across digital channels.
- Monitor KPIs, ensuring targets are met.
- Create and present clear, insightful reports that highlight ROI and next steps.
- Proactively recommend new strategies and upsell additional services to help clients grow.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident with client-facing video calls and presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
