Key Business Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work closely with the founder in driving business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with schools, international counselors, and education institutions
  • Conduct B2B meetings to explore collaborations and growth opportunities
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, or info sessions with partners
  • Engage with inbound leads, explain services, and schedule consults
  • Track sales pipeline and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies and business outcomes
  • Write and post job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Maintain internal trackers for sales, hiring, and partnerships
  • Conduct market research to inform business decisions and support new initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and professionals
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a results-driven approach
  • Passion for international education, youth development, or edtech
