Job Title:

Network Security Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement network security frameworks, protocols, and standards.
  • Configure and manage firewall solutions, including Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls.
  • Maintain access-lists and firewall policies to ensure secure network operations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using packet capture and analysis tools.
  • Perform regular performance checks on devices, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain security patches as required.
  • Design and implement firewall, VPN, and intrusion detection systems for various environments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support, replacement, and reconfiguration of faulty firewalls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CCNP (Routing & Switching) and CCNP (Security) or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in network security, with at least 5 years in Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls.
  • Proficiency in managing firewall solutions and intrusion prevention systems.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various firewall and IPS solutions.
  • Experience in managing policies and exceptions, incident management, change management, configuration management, and capacity planning.
  • Day-to-Day configuration changes and proactive utilization of network monitoring tools.
