US Property Accountant Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial processes for U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting operational efficiencies. Your duties will include:
  • Managing recurring bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Performing monthly and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled properly.
  • Preparing quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) within a 60-day window from the end of the quarter, adhering to U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Reconciling accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and balanced.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to accounting processes.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including ASC 842 and other U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
