Job Title: Sr Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, or auditing, with experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic environment.

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, planning, and execution to drive business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small finance team, overseeing financial reporting, and providing insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and controls, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation.
  • Creation and management of monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals.
  • Leading and mentoring a small finance team to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Supporting leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Tracking and reporting financial and operational KPIs to ensure visibility across functions.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Managing statutory compliance in the region and supporting UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assisting in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
