Job Title: Mechanical Design Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in HVAC design and engineering, along with strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (PHE-FF) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale national and international projects across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, review, and implementation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for complex projects.
  2. Oversee end-to-end design processes from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and local codes.
  3. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to develop integrated MEP solutions.
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to design teams.
  5. Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in all mechanical services.
  6. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
  7. Conduct feasibility studies and support value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 20+ years of design experience in HVAC and building services (Electrical, PHE, Firefighting).
  3. Expertise in international codes & standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, NBC, etc.).
  4. Strong project management and client coordination skills.
  5. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or equivalent).
  6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
