Job Opportunity: HVAC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP & HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing efficient HVAC systems for various commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects.

  • Design and select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Perform heat load calculations and cooling load estimations as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Develop BOQ, technical specifications, design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design, including experience with Chiller Plants (air-cooled/water-cooled) and VRV/VRF systems. Proficiency in HAP / TRACE, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Carrier E20-II, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer or equivalent software is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with MEP teams (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), architects, and contractors for project integration.
  • Review vendor proposals and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Support in value engineering, energy efficiency improvements, and system optimization.
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing & commissioning stages.
Requirements:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5–8 years of experience in MEP & HVAC design engineering.
  • Prior exposure to commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large infrastructure projects is preferred.
