Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to lead our brand development and growth initiatives.

Your key responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance our market presence and brand recall.

You will ensure alignment of all brand communications with our company vision, values, and positioning.

In this role, you will maintain brand consistency across all consumer interaction points including marketing collaterals, project sites, events, and digital channels.

You will collaborate with design agencies and vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets.

Additionally, you will oversee content creation and ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and consistent along with external agencies.

Your expertise in market research and competitor analysis will help identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

You will monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

This role requires strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing communications, and design principles.

You must be able to work independently, with end-to-end ownership of brand-related initiatives.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills are essential for this position.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field is required.

5-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors is necessary.

A proven track record of building and sustaining brand identity across diverse channels is a must.
