Expert Java Developers are needed to deliver high-quality training programs.

We seek a skilled and experienced Java trainer to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Teach learners Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks through live-in-person or virtual classes.

• Provide personalized blended learning experiences and track learner progress.

• Evaluate Project Reports, Presentations, and other documents for academic evaluation purposes.

• Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions to ensure their growth.

• Develop and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever necessary.

• Coordinate with relevant teams on scheduling, learner progress, academic evaluations, and learning management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, and REST is essential.

• Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks or higher is required.

• Familiarity with Webserver/Application Server usage is beneficial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.

• Excellent communication and delivery skills are vital.

• Knowledge of Liferay or Omnicom would be an added advantage.

Key Expertise:

• Profound understanding of the Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).

• In-depth knowledge of Databases (SQL) is also required.
