Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Salesforce testing professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.
  • Validate custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs.
  • Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.
  • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
  • Familiarity with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
