Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough due diligence, developing and maintaining cash flow-based Excel models, and reviewing annual reports and borrower backgrounds to assess credit risk.

- Develop and maintain cash flow-based Excel models to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Review annual reports, borrower backgrounds, and term sheets to assess credit risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and discuss complex customer cases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, RBI circulars, and internal policies to ensure compliance.
- Foster a team environment, driving results and achieving set goals.
- Present key observations to senior management and drive decision-making processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of credit evaluation principles.
- Well-versed in financial analysis, market knowledge, and industry trends.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in credit evaluation within a bank.
- A CA or MBA from a reputable institution and a deep understanding of banking products, policies, and loans.
- Conversant in SME loan products and able to navigate complex credit appraisal processes.
