
Lead Lifestyle Category Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to scale lifestyle categories by building strong brand partnerships, driving assortment strategies, and owning business growth.
- Identify homegrown and established lifestyle brands, onboard, and scale them.
- Negotiate exclusive deals for better margins and enhanced visibility.
Category Management Strategy:
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
- Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability.
- Track consumer and market trends to curate relevant selections.
Business Growth & P&L Ownership:
- Drive revenue and margin growth via pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
- Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations, and seasonal events.
- Monitor competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities.
Required Skills:
5–8 years in category management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred).
Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
