    • Secure grants and funding to sustain and expand research activities.
  • Administration and Operations
    • Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring efficient management of resources and adherence to academic policies.
    • Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of faculty and administrative staff.
    • Prepare and manage the institution's annual budget aligning with institutional priorities.
