Project Lead and Deliverer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to take on key projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in project management, delivery, and coordination.

Main Objectives:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain excellent installation standards across all projects.
  • Document and maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Review and validate deliverables for quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security products and technologies.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Minimize exposure and risk through proactive planning and monitoring.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects according to established policies, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate site meetings and activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Inspect materials upon delivery and verify compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and workmanship throughout projects.
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement and coordination.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Ensure smooth handovers of completed projects to internal and external teams.
  • Monitor and maintain safety and EHS standards throughout projects.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including installation checklists and certification for invoicing purposes.
  • Participate in training programs and evaluations to enhance performance and career development.
