**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Specialist

This position is categorized as a third-party payroll arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in managing Office 365 and Active Directory services, with expertise in user management, mailbox administration, and security configurations. Additionally, the successful applicant will possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on management skills to support the enterprise IT environment.

The role involves administering Office 365, including user and group management, mailboxes and licenses, and exchange online. The individual should be able to oversee office 365 licensing assignment, optimization, tracking, and reporting.

The responsibilities also include managing Active Directory infrastructure by overseeing user and computer account management, group policies implementation, and troubleshooting. This includes ad replication, dns, and dhcp integration, joining and removing systems from the domain, and ensuring system performance.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is required, along with at least six years of relevant experience in it infrastructure administration. Strong expertise in active directory management and GPOs is essential, as well as familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with other teams to maintain a secure and efficient it environment. They should also have experience working in a large enterprise environment, and be able to document processes and changes as per organizational standards.
