Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer to lead the installation, configuration and testing of a FortiVoice IP-PBX system.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in IP telephony and PBX system installations to join our team and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration, testing and validation of FortiVoice IP-PBX systems
  • Pre-installation checks to ensure network readiness
  • Basic user/admin training
  • Documentation handover upon completion
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with IP-PBX systems
  • L3-level expertise in networking and VoIP deployments
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, DHCP, and static IP configuration
  • Familiarity with FXO/FXS ports, PSTN integration, and call routing rules
  • Ability to configure extensions, voicemail, call forwarding, and auto-attendant
  • Excellent troubleshooting and validation skills
Experience:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in IP telephony and PBX system installations
  • Prior experience with Fortinet systems preferred
  • Demonstrated success in onsite deployments and end-user training
