About the Role

As a Medical Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will contribute to the implementation of the Medical Affairs strategy in the country. Your expertise in diabetes diseases and products will be essential in collaborating with commercial teams to drive medical education and scientific dialogue. You will also facilitate organisational readiness and external scientific advocacy for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of regional medical advisors, implementing effective performance management strategies.
  • Facilitate and drive a learning culture, focusing on professional/personal development of direct reportees.
  • Coordinate with regional sales, marketing, and compliance to align national medical strategies with local strategies.
  • Suggest ideas and implement projects at a regional level in line with HO medical ambitions.

Requirements
  • MD/MS in pharmacology or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  • 5 years of industry medical affairs experience in diabetes management, with or without team management experience.
  • Strong scientific knowledge and interest in diabetes diseases and products.
