Enterprise Architect Position

This role is focused on driving the overall strategy and architecture of our digital platform. The successful candidate will lead the development, governance, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Strategy & Governance: Develop and maintain a strategic view of how our digital platform fits into the enterprise IT landscape, defining architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical direction.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, developers, and admins, guiding teams in designing high-quality solutions and overseeing complex configurations and custom development.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of our digital platform with other enterprise systems, defining integration strategies and ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with latest releases and features, evaluating new functionalities and recommending their adoption to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT executives, and enterprise architects to translate business objectives into digital platform solutions.
  • Platform Performance: Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our digital platform by implementing best practices for instance health, monitoring, and upgrade management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at scale, including designing platform architecture, data models, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks, with experience aligning ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices and overall business workflows.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles, with familiarity with web technologies and integration methods relevant to ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF or Zachman) and how ServiceNow aligns within those frameworks.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow in multiple industries or large/global environments, demonstrating the platform's adaptability to various use cases.
  • Background in integrating ServiceNow with legacy systems or modern cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
