Your Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, renew, and terminate leases to meet business needs.

  • Sources and manages external service providers to deliver high-quality maintenance and repairs.

About You

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Telesales, preferably within Real Estate, Retail Banking, or Venture Capital/ Private Equity.
  • Proven communication and influencing skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Your Package

  • A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
