We are seeking an accomplished MIS professional to join our team as a Data Insights Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of data reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Solutions

Create and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.

Automate Reporting Processes

Use tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms to automate reports and streamline reporting processes.

Support Audits and Compliance

Provide accurate and timely data to support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements.

Monitor and Analyze Key Metrics

Track key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Support Ad Hoc Requests

Support management and HR leadership with ad hoc data/reporting requests.
