As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our clients to unlock the full potential of their data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative dashboards and reports utilizing advanced data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and visualization requirements.
  • Design and implement robust data models in cloud-based analytics platforms using live data connections.
  • Define measures (quantitative data) and dimensions (qualitative data) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Create hierarchies to enable drill-down analysis and support data-driven insights.
  • Integrate cloud-based analytics platforms with on-premise systems and other data sources.
  • Optimize performance, ensure data accuracy, and maintain security in reports and dashboards.
  • Clean, transform, and blend data from diverse sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance data literacy and adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage user access, security, and content organization to maintain data governance.
  • Apply predictive analytics techniques, such as time-series forecasting and classification algorithms, to project future outcomes and identify key business drivers.
  • Utilize features like Smart Insights and Search to Insight to automatically generate explanations for data points.

  • Deep understanding of data visualization tools and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
