Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a Deputy Manager-Risk Management, you will be responsible for leading operational activities in the Enterprise Risk Management function.

  • You will prepare and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.

  • A key aspect of this role is designing and implementing robust internal control systems that identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies.

  • Another critical responsibility is preparing and maintaining Risk Registers (RCSA) and conducting regular reviews of current business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies.

  • The ideal candidate will also assist Principal Risk Owners with identifying key risks and mitigating controls in their business units, as well as developing action plans to address any gaps in the mitigating measures identified.

  • An additional requirement of this position is preparing reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees, providing focused attention on critical risks through an integrated risk reporting framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution; certifications like FRM, CFA, CBCP are preferred.

  • At least 4-8 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating expertise in risk management principles and practices.

  • Strong knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations, including principles of risk management and control frameworks.
