As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and immersive experiences that drive behavior change across the organization. With a passion for delivering high-quality learning solutions, you will design and develop interactive content and interfaces that support over 40 languages, including right-to-left.

Your expertise in Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON will enable you to create responsive and dynamic courses that cater to diverse audiences and devices. Additionally, your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in interpreting data and making informed decisions to continuously improve assets based on evaluation results, feedback, and changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop courses using various tools and technologies based on technical and functional requirements.
  • Manually create SCORM 1.2 files that work in an LMS and develop alternatives for markets who do not use an LMS.
  • Create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team.
  • Design and develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, in collaboration with designers.
  • Ensure courses are responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software development, application development, web development, unity development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in software development, application development, web development, game development, or unity development.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of software/web development trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Software/web development expertise and skills.

Additionally, experience with SCORM 1.2 development, HTML5, Unity, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON is highly desirable. Proficiency in Cornerstone Saba and Edcast, as well as Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate, would be advantageous.
