Job Overview:

The boutique operations manager will lead the overall retail business while maintaining luxury standards at every client touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the store to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average transaction value, customer acquisition, and repeat business.
  • Ensure every client interaction reflects the luxury brand's values and ethos.
  • Develop a culture of personalized clienteling and post-sale follow-up.
  • Organize private events, previews, and activations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining impeccable personal presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members including client advisors, assistants, and support staff.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and conduct product knowledge and service training sessions.
  • Foster a motivated and luxury-driven team environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe room protocols.
  • Authorize stock transactions, sales invoices, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe room teams.
  • Ensure daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements.
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and ambiance to luxury standards.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to client service, security, and operational processes.
