Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to provide strategic financial guidance and support to our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports to inform business decisions, analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze cost structures and implement strategies to optimize profitability, ensuring the most efficient use of resources.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and compliance requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Accounting & Audits: Manage accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial statements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Cost Center Management: Oversee cost center operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing cost-saving initiatives where possible.
  • Government Grants Management: Administer government grants within the finance scope, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead Financial Meetings: Facilitate discussions with senior management on financial matters, providing timely and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Deliver Reports and Metrics: Provide timely and actionable insights to leadership, using data-driven analysis to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
