Job Title: Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing will lead brand, product and growth marketing across three business verticals - AgTech, InsurTech and Satellite Services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Maintain cohesive brand architecture, positioning and messaging for each business vertical.
  • Lead full-funnel growth through performance marketing, SEO/ASO, referral, partnerships and managing customer acquisition costs, lifetime value and return on ad spend.
  • Drive product marketing including customer definition, segmentation, value propositions, pricing/packaging inputs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create demand generation and field marketing campaigns, events, webinars, partner marketing and regional activations.
  • Establish a multilingual content engine for farmer education, case studies, thought leadership, PR, social media and YouTube.
  • Set up marketing analytics and attribution dashboards, funnels and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion.
  • Manage vendors ensuring ROI, on-time delivery and brand consistency.
