Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cross-platform application developer to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications using Flutter.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter, with a strong focus on scalability and accessibility.

You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver innovative and user-friendly applications. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web)
  • Implementing state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance across platforms
  • Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps
  • Staying up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows
